Garden Technician (Full-time or Part-time)

What you’ll do:

• General cleaning (very high standard required)

• Sterilizing all equipment, post-harvest room sanitizing

• Irrigation line installation

• Pruning/defoliation/topping - general plant work as assigned (after training period)

• Loading and set up of new flower rooms

• Hand watering plants with specific measurements

• Cloning

• Propagation plant work

• Inventory tracking

• State system (METRC) accountability

• Maintain records and communicate with supervisor daily

• Following specific standard operating procedures without deviation

• Participation in team cleaning activities

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and drug test as a pre-hire screening.

• Cultivation experience is preferred. Physical labor experience is also recommended. Pay is $15-20 per hour

Janitorial Staff (Full-time or Part-time)

What you’ll do:

• Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for trailer units, hallways,

  restrooms, the breakroom, etc.

• Gather and dispose of trash

• Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed

• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.

• Clean windows, doors, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners,

  sponges, and squeegees.

• Dust walls, clean ceiling vents, machines, and equipment.

• Assist maintenance department with big jobs when they require extra hands.

• Notify managers concerning the need for repairs or additions to building

  operating systems

• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

• Make adjustments and minor repairs

• Stock and maintain supply rooms

• Cooperate with the rest of the staff

• Additional tasks and responsibilities will be assigned, as necessary.

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and drug test as a pre-hire screening.

• Must be 21+ to apply

• Frequent walking and standing.

• Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling, which may also require the ability to push and/or pull.

• Frequent handling of equipment.

• Frequent and proper lifting of up to 50 pounds.

• Occasional climbing (using step ladder).

• Fast-paced environment; moderate noise level.

• Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions

• The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around irritant chemicals, ie Bleach. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, etc.

• Proven working experience as a janitor

• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

• Integrity and ability to work independently

• High school degree

• Ability to observe safety and security procedures and comply with policies.

• Ability to read and interpret written information; ability to communicate orally in English.

• Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations.

• Basic knowledge of cleanliness procedures.

• The individual must have reliable transportation

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to follow schedules.

• Ability to follow directions from a supervisor.

Experience

• 1+ year of janitorial experience

• 1+ year of maintenance work (Preferred)

• Language: English (Required)

Pay is $16-19 per hour
